Personal information protection notice
At Outer Dev (9496-2941 Québec Inc.), which operates the LuneTMS website, protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information is a priority. This notice explains, in clear and simple terms, what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what your rights are under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

- Through our contact form (submissions are forwarded to our customer relationship management tools, see section 6)
- Through our Cal.com scheduling module, when booking a consultation
- Through cookies and analytics or advertising scripts (see section 4)
- Through our hosting provider's logs (Vercel), which record IP addresses among other things
- Through direct exchanges (email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.)
3. Use of information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your requests and provide our services
- Schedule consultations and meetings
- Manage the client relationship and communications
- Analyze web traffic and improve our offerings
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns

4. Cookies and scripts
Our site uses cookies and third-party scripts to improve navigation and measure performance:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook): sets cookies (including the
_fbpcookie) for advertising and remarketing purposes. - Cal.com: sets its own cookies when you use the booking module.
- Vercel Analytics: cookieless audience measurement.
Non-essential cookies (including the Meta Pixel) are only set after you consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings. Cal.com cookies are only set when you voluntarily use the booking module.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share it with service providers (hosting, analytics, customer relationship management tools, etc.) who are committed to maintaining confidentiality. Most of these providers are located outside Québec, notably in the United States; your information may therefore be communicated outside Québec. We ensure that these providers offer an adequate level of protection.

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or if such disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with the law or a judicial proceeding
- Protect our rights or property
- Protect the security of our website and our users
